Shelley's Craft Class Registration Form

To register for a class at Shelley's Craft Studio, please print out and complete a registration form and send or bring it in along with your payment. Children's classes run year round and payments are due in 4-week increments of $50, with up to one make-up session for missed classes. Make-up sessions must be used in next session. You may reserve a space by phone or email any time, however, we must receive your registration form and payment in order to hold your spot.

Classes are filled on a first come basis and it is recommended that families register as soon as possible.

Tuition is fully refundable only before the class date.

Payment may be made by cash or check.
